The film THE DROWNING POOL (1975) took place in Louisiana. HARPER (1966) was shot in Southern California. Also, the Coen Brothers have obtained the rights to Ross Macdonald's THE ZEBRA STRIPPED HOARSE. Love to see how they portray Lew Archer on the big screen.
ReplyDeleteI've heard that Brian Keith was perfect as Archer in the short lived TV series. I'd love to see an episode, but nobody ever airs it.
